What You Need to Know about ServiceTitan’s Fall 2024 Release

ServiceTitan is delivering a new release full of exciting updates for our customers.

Our team has been developing and refining key features across our platform. All of this leads to streamlining your operations and elevating experiences for your employees and your customers.

The Fall 2024 release for ServiceTitan is ready to rock, and this is your one-stop-shop for all the information you need to make the most of these updates.

One of the biggest updates revolves around Community features that now live within the ServiceTitan platform itself. As we announced last June, we are sunsetting the ServiceTitan Community platform to centralize resources and increase efficiency for our customers. 

Key aspects of the ServiceTitan Community will now live within the ServiceTitan platform either in Titan Advisor or the Knowledge Base, including:

  • Events Calendar and CSM contact information — now be accessible from Titan Advisor

  • Ideas — added to the top navigation menu of Knowledge Base

  • Announcements — now included on the Knowledge Base landing page below the search bar

  • Product Capabilities articles — now accessible from the Product Capabilities section located at the bottom of the Knowledge Base landing page


Top highlights from the Fall release

  • Get Paid Faster and Offer Financing on Every Job: ServiceTitan Payments helps you get paid faster and improve back office efficiency with new ID Tech card payment readers that let you checkout in seconds. Customers can also default the “save payment method” in their mobile checkout experience to help ensure more cards are on file so that payments are made. With Integrated Financing, we’ve added Wells Fargo and Synchrony to the list of industry leading providers. You can also now receive recommendations on financing strategies with Plan Optimizer, powered by ti and ensure financing is offered on every job with the new Financing Dashboard.

  • Boost Sales Team Performance with Sales Pro: Put an AI Sales Coach in your team’s pocket. ServiceTitan Sales Pro helps contractors capture, analyze and learn from in-person interactions to arm your business and technicians with the tools and insights they need to increase ticket size, close more deals, and drive more revenue.   • Book More Jobs: Second Chance Leads for Basic Phones: Capture lost leads and turn them into booked jobs. Powered by Titan Intelligence, Second Chance Leads automatically reviews and flags unbooked calls that we believe can be saved with a quick follow-up call back to the homeowner. Select customers can purchase Second Chance Leads for Basic Phones directly in ServiceTitan by going to Calls > Second Chance Leads.   • Create Reports Quickly — Reporting Library: The new Reporting Library simplifies custom report creation by offering a smart search engine that helps users find the right metrics without needing to know the exact name or report type. Save time and reduce frustration with a more intuitive and accessible way to quickly generate reports with industry-relevant terminology and alternative names.  

  • Data-Driven Insights in the New Fall Benchmark Report: The new Fall Benchmark Report will be available November 1 in Titan Advisor and is located directly below your Titan Score. This personalized report includes data from January through September 2024 and offers insights into your business performance compared to companies similar to yours.
