How do I submit referrals?
For ServiceTitan customers:
Simply login to ServiceTitan, click on your profile icon in top right, and select 'Refer ServiceTitan' from the dropdown menu.
For non-ServiceTitan customers:
Head to refer.servicetitan.com/partner to create an account in our Referral Partner Portal.
What is a referral?
A referral occurs when a ServiceTitan customer connects our sales team with a service business they feel could benefit from our software.
Please note that you can’t refer yourself, a customer who is already using ServiceTitan, or a business that is already in contact with our sales team.
Who should I refer to ServiceTitan?
If you know a service business with at least three technicians, one full-time office employee, and they work in at least one of the industries listed here, we encourage you to refer them to us. We’re always adding new markets, so be sure to check back often to see what we’ve added.
How do I receive a $500 Demo Reward?
If our sales team determines ServiceTitan would be a good fit for your referral, we will contact them to schedule a software demo. If they qualify and attend the demo within 30 days of your referral submission, you are eligible for a $500 Demo Reward.
How do I receive a New Titan Reward?
Once your referral signs up with ServiceTitan, you are eligible to receive a New Titan Reward. The reward is based on the number of referrals you submit to ServiceTitan, excluding Pro Products. Additionally, in order to receive the $10,000 reward, your referral must be a shop of 30 or more technicians. The value of your New Titan Reward increases based on the number of businesses you refer to us. Below is how much you can earn for each referral you submit that signs up with ServiceTitan:
Each New Titan Reward is capped at $10,000—but there is no limit to how many of these rewards you can receive.
When will I receive my Referral Rewards?
For the $500 Demo Reward, a $500 Prepaid Visa Card will be delivered to you via email once you are deemed eligible.
For the New Titan Reward, payments take about three to four weeks to arrive once you’ve been notified of your eligibility.
If you earn a total of $600 or more, we’ll provide you with a W-9 Tax Form to complete and submit to us.
How do I win the Tesla?
Competition is based on the number of closed deal referrals submitted by each individual contact at an existing customer. Please read the full terms and conditions here.

As a participant in ServiceTitan referral programs, in the event you post or share information about ServiceTitan or such programs via social media, you must disclose your material connection to ServiceTitan and follow the Federal Trade Commission’s Guides Concerning the Use of Endorsements and Testimonials in Advertising.
