Scheduling Pro 2.0 led to $182,000 in sales at Intelligent Design—in less than two months

Zack Kays is a self-described “instant gratification person.” 

That’s why he was extra pleased with the immediate return on investment (ROI) after his residential and commercial plumbing, electrical, HVAC and roofing shop—Intelligent Design—went live with the new Scheduling Pro 2.0.

They're in it, they're not going anywhere, they're going to make it until the end.”

Kays also loves how easy it is to customize the booking page.

  • Advanced Configurations: Scheduling Pro 2.0 has new options to personalize and optimize the scheduling process according to your specific needs.

“It has more of a modern design to it (compared to the previous version of Scheduling Pro),” Kays said. “You can more easily set up where you want (the customer) to land with default job types. You can fully customize your questions.

“For example, you can switch whether or not you want (the customer to book their) appointment before or after they pick their appointment date. That's very important because subliminally (as a customer), you're like, ‘I already picked my dates, let me give this company all my information.’ Whereas on the old Scheduling Pro, (the customer) had to give you their first name, last name, email, etc., before they even saw if you were available. And I think that contributed to (some) drop-off. Being able to flip the script and having them pick a date before providing all their information further locks them into that appointment.”

With Scheduling Pro 2.0, it’s easy for Kays to backtrack that lead and see where it came from once the customer is locked in.

As for the cost? Kays said it’s a no-brainer.

“Whether it's time saved on employees, jobs booked, or revenue on the backend, you're going to get your money back on it,” Kays said. “It's probably one of the easiest products to get an ROI on.”
