We've revolutionized our training content with a brand-new, multi-level approach designed to empower you at every stage of your learning journey. Our certification program is no longer one size fits all—we now have role based certifications so you can unlock the potential of every user with our structured ServiceTitan Certified User program.
The ServiceTitan Certified User program gives you the opportunity to earn a professional, industry-recognized certification that validates your knowledge and expertise using ServiceTitan. Participating in the program will help you understand the tools ServiceTitan can bring to your company, while allowing you to serve as an in-house specialist, leading the adoption and helping to deliver an even higher return on its investment.
Level Based Certifications
Our role-based certifications follow a progressive curriculum structured in a learning path tailored to specific user roles. These pathways begin with a foundational level and allow learners to build upon their knowledge until they reach a more advanced understanding of ServiceTitan.
Upon completing a level, learners earn a badge to recognize their achievements. Ultimately, by earning all three badges and successfully completing the final certification, users achieve the coveted status of "Certified User" in their chosen role. The levels for this learning journey are as follows:
Explorer:
At this level, users gain a basic understanding of the product and how to navigate its features with confidence.
Navigator:
Users at this level hone their skills and work towards being able to effectively guide others in using the product. They gain a deeper understanding of its capabilities and learn to navigate through challenges with ease.
Commander:
Users at this level demonstrate exceptional mastery and leadership in using the product and are able to orchestrate complex tasks and lead others to success.

Retain Your Certification
Your certification will be valid until December 31 of the year your certification was earned. We will issue a recertification exam each Nov./Dec. To maintain your active certification status, you will need to successfully pass the recertification exam, verifying your understanding of recent updates to the ServiceTitan platform. The recertification exam does NOT require you to retake the original certification you earned; it only covers the new content that was released that year and is pertinent to your roles certification.

Getting Started
Register for the role based certification that best suits your needs.
Open Academy by logging into ServiceTItan and selecting Academy from the top right menu dropdown.
Most people are hands-on learners so we encourage you to open your Practice environment so you can learn and test without fear of messing up your company's data or settings.
Use the resources provided; take any and all courses you need. The learning content is not required. If you feel you’re already a pro in a given area, you can skip straight to the test, but the resources are there for your benefit.
Using two monitors makes it easier and is encouraged if available but is not required.
Program Requirements
To participate in the user certification program you must have an active user login to ServiceTitan.
You must agree to participate as a resource to help engage and raise the level of product knowledge of your peers by sharing your experience and expertise.
You must serve as your company’s internal “go-to” resource for questions related to ServiceTitan and when the need does arise, be your company’s dedicated support outreach person.
