ServiceTitan’s Pantheon 2023 in Orlando supplied all that and more.
The Toolbox for the Trades podcast generally features an interview with one or two industry experts about a specific topic. This one’s a little bit different.
With so many insightful people all gathered in one place, we were able to corral seven folks who were willing to share their experiences. Here’s a taste of Pantheon 2023–from networking tips to new tech teasers:
Networking Tips
“The biggest benefit [of Pantheon], if anybody wants to know and has never been here, is the networking,” says Justin Tarr, president of Daffy Ducts.
“Pantheon is where you come to meet the best of the best,” says Lydia Brewster, warehouse and marketing manager of Aqua Clear Water Systems. “That’s where you pull good ideas, good teamwork, and good friendships.”
“The great thing about Pantheon is you just get to meet so many wonderful people that are in different trades with different skills and different challenges,” says David Brewster, owner of Aqua Clear Water Systems.
“I love hearing the real-life experiences, especially coming from the business owners and the techs,” says Rick Vines, master plumber at Vines Plumbing and Water Restoration. “You hear real-life scenarios that are truly beneficial and we can relate to.”
Tech Teasers
“We do some things on the radio that really bring in a lot of calls at once, so those [call] spikes become very unmanageable,” says Lincoln Walpole, chief financial officer and vice president of office operations at Any Hour Services. “But through Scheduling Pro, we're able to get those all taken care of very quickly.”
“Marketing Pro is allowing us to streamline emails and direct mail and measure returns on investments better,” says Aizik Zimmerman, CEO of J. Blanton Plumbing.
“When you look at your bottom line, and you're looking at what is going to make you a profitable business… automation is going to have to happen. It has to,” says Mary Anglen, executive director at Lightfoot Mechanical Services.
