Before joining ServiceTitan, Tom Howard ran Lee’s Air, a plumbing and HVAC company based in Fresno, California. After achieving tremendous success at Lee’s, Tom co-founded Blue Collar Profits, a consulting agency dedicated to helping ServiceTitan customers maximize their software investment and set their business up for success. Today, Tom leverages his unique set of skills to serve as VP of Customer Experience at ServiceTitan.

Matt Levitt has been with ServiceTitan for eight years working in various leadership roles within the Customer Experience department. Matt was integral in designing TitanScore and has played a huge role in creating TitanAdvisor to better serve our customers.
