ServiceTitan clients who are Marketing Pro users are booking more jobs, have a higher average ticket and grew revenue faster in 2020 than those who do not use Marketing Pro, the company’s industry-wide data shows.
The numbers come despite the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on businesses in the U.S. and elsewhere.
Marketing Pro allows advanced, targeted database marketing based on data that already exists in ServiceTitan to increase bookings, average ticket size and total revenue. The system allows users to create hyper-targeted email lists for automated campaigns such as unsold estimates, expiring memberships, aging equipment and more.
ServiceTitan studied the year-over-year data of 291 clients who started with Marketing Pro prior to 2019. The data shows revenue for 2020 has increased by 12% for Marketing Pro users — vs. 5% for non-users.
Additionally, year-over-year ticket volume increased, and ticket size change increased faster for companies using Marketing Pro than others.
Booked jobs in 2020 are up 2 percent year-over-year for those with Marketing Pro, compared to a drop of 2 percent for companies not using the premium marketing platform.
Year-over-year revenue increased for all sizes of operations, including increases of 11 percent or more across the four biggest categories.
