Change Orders
Inevitably, especially in a commercial environment, a change order will be needed. A change order, for the purposes of this article, is simply a contract that is tied to another job. It needs a signature just like any other proposal or Job.
To accomplish this in ServiceTitan, create a new job tied to the existing project so all the contracts, Jobs, etc., can be tracked in one place. The only difference with a change order versus the initial proposal is that the change order is labeled as such so the contractor can easily see what the initial proposal was and what the change order entails.
