*To be eligible for this promotion, Customer must: (i) have at least one full-time office employee; (ii) be located in the United States or Canada; and (iii) sign a twelve (12) month Customer Success Agreement by October 31, 2024. If eligible, Customer will receive (i) ServiceTitan's core platform service subscriptions and any Pro Product subscriptions (excluding any usage-based fees, which will still be incurred) purchased under this Agreement as of the Effective Date of the Agreement for free for a period of time as specified in the Order Form above; and (ii) a $1,000 Amazon.com gift card will be issued to the individual who executes this Agreement on behalf of Customer (“Customer Signatory”). ServiceTitan reserves the right to require documentation sufficient to establish that Customer Signatory is the owner of Customer or authorized to sign on behalf of Customer, and if Customer Signatory is not the owner of Customer, that Customer Signatory has notified Customer’s owner or other requisite representatives of Customer that they will be receiving a $1000 Amazon.com gift card as a result of this promotion; ServiceTitan will issue such gift card only when the foregoing requirements are satisfied in its sole discretion and Customer has been live on the Service for 3 months. The discount as to which eligible Customers are entitled will commence as of the first month of the applicable Customer Success Agreement Subscription Term. Existing ServiceTitan Customers are not eligible for this promotion. This offer is non-transferable, cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion, and ServiceTitan reserves the right to modify or terminate this promotion at any time without notice. Pro Products are included if sold with Managed Technicians and/or Managed Installers. Standalone Pro Products are excluded.

Ramped Pricing is allowed on a 24-month contract in months 3-12 when combined with the promo. Standard ramped pricing guardrails apply to months 3-12
Manager approval for ramped pricing to extend to months 3-18
Additional discretionary offer for AE’s to offer up in the sales cycle
Can extend close date to November 15th if the demo was booked by an XDR falls between October 24 -31
AE discretion on when we communicate the extension of the offer.
