Dynamic Call Tracking is the combination of two components in ServiceTitan that allows you to automate marketing attribution from website visitors by tying it to the pre-selected phone numbers that help marketers improve conversion rates, customer acquisition, and ROI. One of those components is called Dynamic Number Insertion (DNI) and can be accessed through Marketing Integrations. The other component is the telecom solution you are already using within ServiceTitan.

No. Google Ads is a separate product offering through Google and is managed in a completely separate system than GLSA. You can still track GLSA by setting up a campaign per GLSA account/location and using a unique tracking number for each respective GLSA campaign.
