In order to create a campaign in PowerDialer, you must first select the audience for your campaign. If you are already using Marketing Pro, you can use the audiences you have already built, or go through the Audience Builder to create new audiences.

To use PowerDialer, you must be a Phones Pro customer with an Advanced Seat. The PowerDialer requires use of the Embedded Dialer which is available to Advanced Seat users.

In order to maximize productivity of your CSRS, PowerDialer will automatically serve up the next outbound call whenever there is no inbound call taking place. Inbound calls are always prioritized, however.

Simply toggle the PowerDialer to OFF and they will be removed from PowerDialer mode.

Not in real time. Lists are refreshed nightly and only then will the customer contact be removed from your campaign.

The ability to report dispositions is planned for a future release.

Yes! Voicemail Drop is a great tool to use with PowerDialer and will save your CSRs even more time in delivering your message to your audience lists.

The calls that are best suited for PowerDialer are outbound campaigns that are more general and do not require you to preview a customer record to understand their unique situation before each call is made. For this reason, we do not recommend using PowerDialer for Unsold Estimates campaigns.

Campaigns that have the same basic script/offer/message for every customer in the campaign would include:
