Take Your Time Back: How ChatGPT Can Boost Your Productivity

Brianna Skiffington and Amanda Triolo are a match made in home-services-marketing heaven. Skiffington is Chief Product Officer of Ad Leverage. Triolo is CEO of Grasshopper Heating & Cooling.

These two forward-thinking innovators are setting benchmarks for women in leadership and ownership–exemplified by how they’re using new AI technology like ChatGPT to save time and focus on productivity and profitability.

“My background is not in marketing,” Triolo says. “I love marketing but I’m not an expert in it. When I saw what Ad Leverage presented to us I knew they were the secret weapon of home-services marketing.”

Both Triolo and Skiffington rave about the benefits they get from AI technology. In general, ChatGPT allows users to ask it questions. ChatGPT leverages huge amounts of data and then compiles human-like answers in real time, Skiffington says.

As a core function, ChatGPT is making users more productive. 

“We’re able to be fully present in meetings now and also save time not having to type up emails because ChatGPT is doing it for us,” Triolo says.

Of course, ChatGPT works best if you give it the right data and ask the right questions. 

“As long as you cater the prompt to exactly the role you're asking it to play and then describe the tone and what you expect to get back, [ChatGPT] is amazing,” Skiffington says.

Skiffington and Triolo are using this new technology in a multitude of ways that are home-trades specific. Both are proud to be women in the industry who are at the forefront of the field.

“It’s an honor to represent women in leadership and ownership, to contribute to those statistics and normalize that,” Skiffington says. “We’re not yet at a point of gender equality or equity. But the best part is getting to be who you would have wanted to look up to as a kid.”
