For CSRs, Monday mornings at Just Sprinklers used to feel like a game of Whack-A-Mole.

“It was chaotic,” Seaver said. “Being able to focus and prioritize was really hard. It was just a lot of back and forth and calls coming in at once. It was very hard to handle with a small crew.”

Dynamic duo
Seaver’s father started Just Sprinklers 28 years ago, with a goal of having 20 technicians in the field. That’s a big reason why they switched to ServiceTitan in 2023—they felt they could grow with the software.
“Our season prior to transitioning to ServiceTitan, I think we had five technicians. We felt like we were capped out at seven at one point—we literally could not manage anymore, because as a dispatcher organizing their schedules, it was all manually done and probably would've been better off on a spreadsheet from the software we were using,” Seaver said.

“We had a customer who said that the only reason that he ended up going with us was because he could book online,” Seaver said. “We've definitely seen an increase in customer satisfaction with so many people taking advantage of (booking online).”
Seaver said that the combo of Marketing Pro and Scheduling Pro has led to increased revenue at Just Sprinklers. Year-over-year from January ‘23 to October ‘24, the company saw a 23.2% increase—which Seaver largely attributes to the spike in booked jobs and the capacity to handle more.
