Find records fast with Global Search: Find what you need very quickly with a single search bar. This new feature makes finding your records more efficient, allows you to search as you type, provides access to recently searched items, and is typo-tolerant, letting you focus on the work that matters. The new search bar will be in addition to the existing search page functionality and easily accessible in the top navigation bar.

Save time reviewing unbooked calls with Second Chance Leads: Flag unbooked calls effortlessly with automatic alerts, helping you quickly follow up on potential leads and turn missed opportunities into sales. Save time and boost your bookings!

DISPATCHING

A Better Dispatch Experience: The Weekly Dispatch Board streamlines scheduling and tech assignments, and enhanced messaging on the Daily Board provides better coordination. Dispatch Assist for Dispatch Pro suggests automation with approval, keeping workflows efficient and under your control.

CAPACITY MANAGEMENT
